5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Eldandi Technologies Private Limited.

Client Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables, subject to our licensing of third-party components and tools used in development.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical information, customer data, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all devices or platforms
  • Protection against all security threats
  • Recovery of lost data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eldandi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:
